To maintain a clean, safe, and functional environment, we kindly ask clients to follow these guidelines regarding the storage of boxes and packaging:
🎯 General Recommendation
– Whenever possible, members should take back the boxes of telescopes, mounts, and other devices after installation.
📦 What Can Be Left
– Non-bulky containers that are not made of cardboard (e.g., hard cases, plastic boxes, padded bags) may be left next to the telescope pier, as long as they do not interfere with the hosting space or operations.
🚫 What Cannot Be Left
– Cardboard boxes, regardless of size or condition, are not allowed to remain in the hosting facility.
– If cardboard boxes are left behind, they will be removed and discarded in a few weeks.
