You can either visit us or ship your telescope to the address provided on the website. We will install it for you, including balancing, polar alignment, cable management, etc., for €299. If needed, we can also install and configure all necessary software for remote operation using NINA for an additional €299.
If shipping your equipment, make sure to test everything twice beforehand, take pictures of the setup and wiring, and open an installation ticket in our Discord channel.
